A severe starvation case, Jim was barely able to make  the trailer ride to the Ranch.

His recovery was nothing short of a miracle!

Unfortunately, the damage to Jim’s internal organs took its toll and Jim died a few months after this picture was taken. Rest in Peace, dear Jim. We are honored to have known you and helped make your last days full of love.

Even though Jim did not live long past his recovery, we consider him a success story. He was happy, and well loved in his last days and we hope that his faith in humans was restored. We miss you, Jim!
